Here's a simple recipe for a delicious Jamun (Black Plum) Milkshake:

### Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh jamun (black plums), pitted
- 1 cup cold milk
- 2-3 tablespoons sugar or to taste
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream (optional, for a richer shake)
- A few ice cubes
- A pinch of cardamom powder (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

### Instructions:
1. **Prepare the Jamun:** If using fresh jamun, wash them thoroughly, remove the seeds, and cut the flesh into smaller pieces. If using frozen jamun, let them thaw slightly.

2. **Blend:** In a blender, combine the jamun pieces, milk, and sugar. If using vanilla ice cream, add it to the blender. Blend until smooth.

3. **Adjust Consistency:** If the shake is too thick, add a little more milk and blend again. For a colder shake, add a few ice cubes and blend until well mixed.
